Poor Jamie was found wandering the streets in the pouring rain, cold and soaked to the skin – we believe he must have been dumped.
Jamie is very sweet and gentle, he has limited sight. Jamie just needs a warm bed to sleep in and to be shown some kindness. We will be looking for a very special forever foster home for him.
